I’m not a fan of her singing voice - always sounds like she’s gargling Aspirin - and that silly giggle when she talks. Mind you, I don’t rate Kylie as a pop singer either

I've always thought that, if she wasn't blonde, pretty and giggly I don't think we would know who she was.
can't stand her..always fawning and batting eye lashes..
Don't like her either but she's made her money being a dumb Blonde and battling eyelashes .
She eye catching isn't she... I've heard she can sing a bit as well.

put your claws away ladies... ;-)
*she is...
not as pretty as these

Asking the real important questions here.
I think she comes across well. I certainly wouldn't consider her a dumb blonde!
She has a good voice and should be commended for entertaining our troops in a war zone.
Danny, call me an cynic but she may well have done that for the money and the great publicity?
I’m not a fan of her singing voice at all, I find it very unpleasant. But she comes across as a really nice person. Many people seem to love her voice so yes, I think she’d have made it anyway.

She is Blonde, get over it.
And no visible tattoos.
She has a tiny one, unfortunately I'm sworn to secrecy. :-)
If you look at most of the female international opera stars in the world, you will see that being viewed as 'pretty' is clearly not a prerequisite to a successful career, so the answer appear to be - yes
