50/50 they claim it's random but how can it be. 9 times out of 10 it leaves the two that most people think the answer could be anyway.

Not sure if this would work, especially under the pressure, how about a contestant in a 50:50 situation says they're torn between A and B, but knows that B is definitely not right. Would the 'computer' still leave A and B I wonder?

TTT, two wrong answers are removed, so obviously one of the two remaining answers must be correct.

Have you counted to see if really is 9 times out of 10?
It might seem as if happens a lot, but if we’re expecting something to happen we usually forget about the times it doesn’t.

yes but if it was random it would often leave the right answer and one that easy to tell is wrong but it hardly ever does. Eg once the question was, what is the longest river: Nile, Amazon,Danube,Rhine. Now every school boy knows it's the Nile but some often think it's the Amazon which is close, anyway, 50/50? of course it leaves the Amazon and the Nile! There are many examples, not least of which was the snake question the other night. I don't think it's random, I think each question is pre programmed as to what 2 will be removed in the event of a 50/50. I don't think what the contestant says has any bearing on what is removed.

no I haven't jo but most of the time I can correctly predict what will remain after 50/50.

TTT, from what I have seen when 50/50 is chosen invariably the contestant picks the correct answer.Not much of a fix is it?

never said it was a fix, it's just not random as they claim.
