Watched episode two of Guilt last night. WOW, edge of seat stuff - can't even guess where this is going. Roll on next week. Excellent acting.

You'll have to put spoiler alerts on these posts for poor English folk. (and Taffy)
I've only seen episode one and don't understand why the lawyer brother went over to the woman who was doing her garden.
Rosie...because he noticed her lights were on after the accident.
I asked that on the other thread, rosie. Why would he approach her, that being the case, ummmm?
Didn't notice that umm - thanks.
I assume to find out if she'd seen anything. He didn't say anything to her, she just said she'd seen it. He's a lawyer...he'd probably know by looking at her face and then fill her with rubbish if she'd hadn't seen it.

Mm, I thought she might have called him over but I missed it. Always multi-tasking, see.
No...if you remember he drove by and then reversed back.

What were you doing SR? Cuppa and a biccie at the same time?
lol :-)
As it happens....
Who was receiving the cheques from the deceased ?

Ah Anne, one of the mysteries still to be revealed.
We enjoyed it but found ourselves laughing at it too - is it our sense of humour or meant to be funny? The lady next door was in one of the soaps years ago,but I can't remember which.
I found it funny too, Mags!...
Oh blimey, what’s that about cheques? Thought I’d managed to stay awake...
Glad I'm not the only one Vagus who missed the cheque bit.
It's a black comedy.

I can't remember any cheques.
Thanks Maggie, I thought I’d missed something major .
We're supposed to laugh at it. It is very reminiscent of 'Fargo' and 'The Worst Week O My Life'.

Was the lady who is demanding money in Foyle's War? Good bit older but looks very familiar.
