can i link my ipad to my samsung smart tv to use facetime?

You’ll need an adapter which connects to an HDMI which goes in the port at the back of your tv

Haven't tried it, not every app outputs.

If it works, you'll still need the ipad for the camera.

I believe you need to 'mirror' the devices.
