(And if anyone says ‘pop out’ rather than ‘pop up’ they can go to the naughty step).

Is anyone else getting a bit fed up seeing her?

I like her and think she is incredibly attractive.
Me too, never get tired of looking at her, unless I can look at Alicia Dixon!!!
Schwing!!!
no I am not "getting" fed up with her. I have always been fed up with her.
//There are worse things to look at in the world. :-)//
watching a nude me bending down to put my socks in the morning may be one of them
Nothing wrong with seeing Amanda on a regular basis, well not at the moment anyway ;-)
Wow, I think she just popped up at my window. Can't be sure though because by the time I could be bothered to get off my rear end and look, she'd gone:-(
She’s just asked me for a date. Again. Tut. I told her, ‘look Amandaaaah, I fink youz a real cool chic, right, but back the truck up, innit!’

Women, eh! Sheeesh.

I liked her in The Grimleys and Wild at Heart.
Ach she’s alright No time for people who judge others even if it is awful talent shows have I got the the right wan
I have always seen her as quite without talent and I also think she is rather common. Far too much of her in the media, imo.
I thought she played a really good part in 'cutting it', opposite Sara Parish.

When I first met my daughter in law what struck me was her likeness to Amenda Holden, but younger and without makeup.

I can't understand why people seem to dislike her. She seems quite personable to me.
I don’t like her per se APC , she seems a caring lady but I still think she doesn’t have the wherewithal to judge acts especially the singers
Doesn't every TV set have an "off" button.
* I don’t dislike her *
Yes Maggie but there isn’t a great deal of choice now on TV especially on Saturdays
As someone who watches very little telly, Amanda Holden is just a name to me (that I occasionally see mentioned here or in the media). I certainly wouldn't recognise her in the street.

However, upon turning to Wikipedia to learn more about her, I find myself instantly put off her when I see that, ahead of "actress, television presenter, singer, and author" (which makes me think of that saying which goes 'Jack of all trades but . . . " anyway), she's decribed first and foremost as a 'media personality' (whatever that means, apart from her getting her name in the 'red top' newspapers a lot):

What's it matter, so long as your son likes her.

We don't all spend our lives glued to the television, maggiebee, but there's no escaping Amanda. She's pretty well represented in the press too.
