What Is Trump Thinking, Tweeting A Doctored Cnn Video?
The Tweet is here:

A news article about it is here: https:/ /www.bb c.co.uk /news/t echnolo gy-5310 6029
The irony. If you're going to claim that CNN makes stuff up then show what they made up. Don't make stuff up yourself ... that proves their point, that you're lying and manipulative.
Anyway, Twitter has labelled it "(!) Manipulated media", so no doubt we'll have to endure the outrage about those nasty social media companies who are out to get the POTUS:

The meme that has excited the mee deahh so much is 10 months old and has been tweeted, emailed, texted, and posted thousands and thousands of times. It was produced by....wait for it...by Twitter user @CarpeDonktum, who is well-known for creating parody videos that are frequently retweeted by President Trump. The video is clearly tagged with @CarpeDonktum’s handle, but Twitter decided to label it “manipulated media” just this once. Explain why twitter let it pass without comment or sanction thousands of times since September 2019. In the States Trumps ratings went up when this happened. Seems that the septics are no as easily duped as "some of our contributors".
