No, not slim news, but rather presenters of news and weather, do you think it is political correctness missing that only allows the slim folk into these roles.
What happened to diversity and inclusiveness?

There are a few 'well furnished' ladies reading the news and very nice they look too. Very pretty faces and always smartly dressed.

If they weren't slim they'd be outof a job. Same with newscasters - older men are allowed but not women. I remember Moira Stewart being got rid of because of age.

There are a couple who don't fall into the 'slim' category. Two that spring to mind are Charlene White and Alice Bhandhukravi who do not fall into the 'slim'. Both are great news readers/journalists.
