I'm not a gambling man but I would hazard a guess that (1) a suitable vaccine will not have been developed by then and (2) even if it had, only a very small proportion of the UK population will have received it. In fact, even if one became available tomorrow, only a small proportion of the UK population will have received it by next Easter.

A think the same as the new judge on this , even if its ready by spring which a doubt very much as it needs full testing it will take ages to do enough peopel and there will be lot's of refusers and peopel what want to wait a year to see if its safe. There having problems doing enough flue vaxinations this year so a can see problems for corona vaxinations
//One takes it for granted it will be a voluntary act, at least for most, if not all.//
Unless there is a change to the law it will have to be voluntary:
**Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984**
45E Medical treatment
Regulations under section 45B or 45C may not include provision requiring a person to undergo medical treatment.
“Medical treatment” includes vaccination and other prophylactic treatment.
***
I cannot imagine even this Parliament passing an amendment to the 1984 Act so as to allow compulsory vaccination.
