For me, Blackadder. I've just watched, for the umpteenth time, Percy discover purest green .... and I still laughed.

i didn't know that clever girl, i loved The Golden Girls as well as Soap.
Dads Army
Midsomer Murders
Ones I'd like to watch but can't because of PC
Steptoe and Son
Till Death Us Do Part
I watch Friends repeatedly and it still makes me laugh, also when it's showing I always watch:
To the Manor Born
The original All creatures great and small
Only Fools and Horses quite often
yes Dads army still repeated on tv, can't get on with MM for some reason

I've never seen 'Friends' - or 'Cheers', Prudie. Perhaps I should give them a go.
i watched Friends a few times, same as Cheers, but wasn't a devotee of either.
West Wing, House of Cards (spacey version), Law and Order, DocMartin.
I have watched West Wing 7 times now, and never get bored with it
Just started watching The Royale Family from episode one, not laugh out loud but the observation is great.
Dinner ladies, Stella, Pulp Fiction and, yes, Soap. I ‘did’ all of Spooks during lockdown one.
Probably quite a few more.
Dad's army think Arthur Lowe was amazing. Father Ted
Question Author
Can't stand The Royle Family - or Mrs Brown's Boys.
nor me, don't see what's funny, always loved Father Ted
For me it has to be Seinfeld, every episode an absolute gem. Looking forward to Festivus
didn't get Seinfeld at all, American humour doesn't always translate here for some reason, nor curb your enthusiasm
Can I add Drop the Dead Donkey? I used to like that and Soap. As well as quite a few others.
drop the dead donkey was topical, news of the day comedy, so doubt it would translate now in 2020
Round the Horne (I have the CD's)
Dinner Ladies which I think is a gem, the writing is so good excellent casting and walks the line between funny and touching
The West Wing
Ever Decreasing Circles
Jonathan Creek. The early ones are better than the later ones though.

I'd love to see Big Jim and the Figaro Club again but it never seems to be shown
Dinner ladies for the ensemble cast and very witty scripts
I think the stuff you most enjoy watching over and over is that which has the sharpest dialog. Blackadder would be a good example
