The final tonight. What a good series. The three remaining chefs are all so good, it will be difficult to decide the winner.

It will be a close run final for sure.
I thought for a long time that it would be Bart, but Santosh has had a couple of very good rounds, and is very different. Personally I would like Alex to win as he's been consistent all the way through but what do I know.

I thought exactly the same as you margo
Bobbie I just hope I don't fall asleep halfway through as I have a habit of doing! I'll have to sit bolt upright and get OH to keep prodding me.

LOL. Margo. I often fall asleep watching tv. Really annoying isn't it. Also annoying is the fact that I don't sleep at night. My brain works overtime as soon as I put my head on the pillow
My problem is getting up 3/4 times a night to spend a penny which is probably why I fall asleep during the evening- the wonders of getting old. Be interesting to see the result tonight
First time I have ever watched Masterchef and have found it absolutely riveting. Hard call to who will be crowned tonight.
I think Santosh is going to take the title. Even my husband is excited about tonight's finale.
never watched a Masterchef series. I do know (from overhearing someones conversation today) that its riveting atm!
Alex and Santosh joint first....in my opinion. Please would someone explain why the dreadful Greg Wallace keeps appearing on these programmes.....how does being a fruit and veg salesman fit him to be on Masterchef?
Please can anyone tell me who was singing just after the winner was announced and the credits were rolling.
A real nail biter tonight. So pleased for Alex, young and just bursting with enthusiasm. Did his grandad proud.
The music was 'hold me while you wait' by Lewis Capaldi, I really like his voice. All three were good but Alex produced three impeccable courses and deserved to win. His dessert looked good enough to eat :-))
Margo tester, yes I recognised Lewis Capaldi (last concert I went to before lockdown) but there is a female singing ‘I wish that I could soar’, wish I could find it.
I could have eaten very crumb of that winning meal. Well done him.
A very enjoyable series, three deserved finalists & well done to Alex. All three will do well, I think - prevailing circumstances allowing.
Does anyone actually like Greg Wallace ? Personally I can't stand how he opens his mouth all the time and keeps it open. and his grin...........so false.
A great end to a tremendous series this time round - well done to Alex, I'm sure all will continue to do well in their chosen fields.

I like Greg.
