Groundhog Day

Just read that today is Groundhog Day. Does that mean we will have many more days/months of lockdown? Better do something interesting today if I'm going to keep repeating it.

It's supposed to be a predictor of weather - nowt to do with Covid & the repetition element was engendered by the film with Bill Murray. And although he lived the same day over & over 1000s of times he used it differently (and ultimately interestingly) each time, becoming an accomplished pianist, ice sculptor, learning French poetry & helping the local populace before eventually winning his love interest (Andie Macdowell).
