Anyone been watching this on Netflix?
I read the book a couple of years ago, and thought it brilliant.
It's always difficult to make a good book into film, but they've done a good job so far.
It's a bit different, with a big twist at the end.

anyone watching Ratched
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7423538/
now this is good !
I'm getting that recommended, patsy. Might give it a go. I liked most of ratched, but got a bit bored.
I've seen Rached, Derek, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

What is 'Behind her Eyes'? A thriller, a romance, what?
Question Author
It's a psychological thriller, Naomi.
Ooooo... sounds right up my street. Thanks for the recommendation, Patsy.
How many episodes? X
I'll try it later. I thought Derek was great as well. Tbh, I (wrongly) avoided it for a long time, because sometimes these "busman holiday" ones get a bit annoying with cliches, but it's well worth watching.
Sorry, naomi, misunderstood you!

Smow, six episodes.
Tried to watch Ratched but somehow lost the plot so to speak! Will give it another try and will have a look at Behind Her Eyes.
Miracles from Heaven is good too. Based on a true story.
Actually... I was thinking of the Big C, which wasn't as depressing as I hoped it wouldn't be.
It's on my watch list, thanks for review, I may watch it sooner than later now :)
Ooh I might give it a try !
Question Author
There's a few sex scenes in it, Smow... :-)
After so many good reviews we watched this. Didn't like the ending one bit.
It declined from really interesting to ridiculously far fetched.
A very, very weak tying up of everything.
Crap ending.
Bit too clever for sqad.
Too clever, Sqad? Not a bit.
It's how you'd end it when you didn't know how.....or had had far too much to drink...x

I really enjoyed the book. A brave and clever idea, with a brilliant twist.
Unfortunately, this was difficult to portray on film.
I love the idea of out of body experiences, which a lot of people have claimed they have done.
I just went with the flow/idea, and loved it.
I think my son said Stephen King, recommended this book, so it sort of gives you an idea it would be 'different'
