Have seen most of the stuff as a massive fan.

I very clearly remember watching The Old Grey Whistle Test, and Bob Harris playing The Chain, ane being in my local record emporium requesting a copy of their latest waxing, released that very day - and loving them deeply from that day to this.

I did interview Peter Green and saw him play, a terribly damaged man but still a peerless musician.

I saw them at Wembley Arena some years ago. I can't remember if Christine McVie was with them (I don't think she was) They were brilliant.

Documentaries about Fleetwood Mac are never off our screens, just like Queen - feel I've seen them several times before. Am watching Rickie Lee Jones on Sky Arts, much more interesting.

BTW, I might have given the impression that I have met some of the great names of pop, in some of my other posts. I now confess that I have never met those people and I will never brag about imaginary contacts again. Andy will be able to confirm my memory faults.
