I trust Russell T Davies to pick the right person for the role, and unlike Chris Chibnell, write some decent stories for them. I'd be honest, I'd love to see what Jodie Whittaker could do with a decent showrunner in charge. She's been seriously let down by lacklustre storytelling.

If money and filming clashes were not an issue, I'd still love to see Chiwetel Ejiofor in the role. I think he would be amazing.
