I think you are allowed 5 people but I may be wrong. My friends are mainly teachers and musicians. I would think about the categories I know nothing about (sport/geography) and ask the PE and geog teachers at the school I work at. They are not really my friends but they would be if I won a million quid.

One would have to be a family friend, Raymond, who is just so knowledgeable. Then I suppose Mr Spudqueen, he's good on science, football and music. My friend Lois is really good on films, then I'd have to have someone who knew about soap operas and popular television, so probably Sue who is in the same pub quiz team as me, then if I could I would love to have Quizmonster as a phone a friend - he'd be able to answer loadas of things I couldn't!

My youngest son for anything to do with sport or TV; My eldest son for anything to do with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis and Angel and any of the Star Treks, and Major League Baseball; My daughter for anything to do with alco pops or bangin tunes. My male colleague from work for anything to do with Fabulous designers and my old school friend in London for anything to do with anything clever.

I agree with Craig007, Stephen Fry, I remember Lisa Tarbuck on WWTBAM choosing him and claiming he's the cleverest person, he got her answer right when he was called. He seems to remember everything! He's brilliant on Qi, does anyone know if he compiles the questions?

Dagman, I was told by a friend who knows a few people at QI, that Stephen doesn't compile the questions. I think he discusses which ones to use and which ones to catch the comedians out with. The QI elves research everything apparently.
