twilight zone

Does anyone know the title of an episode of the twilight zone, i think it was one of the old black and white ones...it was where the everyday environment was built and painted every few hours! and one man stumbled upon the procedure. Example if they knew that noone would enter a certain room that day, or look into a cupboard etc then the inside would be left totally white or blank! sounds weird but what do you expect? would love to know the name of this episode.

i remember the episode but not the title.the version i saw was from the colour series.

i liked the way they build every minute of every day - ever been looking for something and couldnt find it and when you look in the same place its now there ? thats them making a mistake !
