twilight zone episode?

Help!!!

I am trying to find the title of an episode of what I think was a twilight zone but may have been outer limits or some such series

it was about a couple that woke up a few minutes into the future to find people 'building the future' - i vaguely recall an alarm clock or something but this may just be trying to fill in blanks

please help if you know what this is - its driving me maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad !!!!!

cant tell you the title but it was twilight zone as i too remember it.they build the future minute by minute and occasionally make mistakes like when you lose your keys,check everywhere and then find them somewhere you already looked - thats their mistake !

Oh Go-o-od! Not another one that remembers that one!

It's about the only one that sticks in my mind too!

That, and the one (which I think was the Outer Limits) where the 'perfect' family start questioning their perfect house, can't escape, and keep finding the same logo everywhere - in the end, it turns out that it's some doll's house type thing........

oh yeah brachiopod! and at the end when they are too hot it turns out the little girl had put her dolls house in the oven!

i always remember the one where the woman finds a gold pendant and when she says 'stop talking' the whole world stops. she of course is made up for a while - but then they announce that there is a bomb headed straight for their town - in the panic she shouts 'stop taking' the world freezes. she goes outside only to see the bomb - frozen - about 15 metres from the ground!

its really eerie because she obviously is doomed to spend the rest of her life in a 'paused' world as if she says 'start talking' everyone dies.

i have spent many hours plotting what i would do - (all after i had gone on a massive shopping spree of course LOL) - i would get a jcb and remove the bomb from the sky, and dismantle it - if not, all i can think is to get coachs or planes or boats and start ferrying the entire country out of there (as i recall it was a very powerful bomb - would wipe out the country at least) which would take the whole of your life and probably still never get done.
