Is anybody else wondering where baby Glory has vanished to ? In some scenes the whole family were visiting James in hospital and there was no mention of who was looking after the baby. She is never seen in the house and last night his brother gave James a painting from her - is she old enough to do paintings yet ??
Caran - if you read this, you can watch last night's episode tomorrow on ITV2. They repeat all the week's episodes starting at 9 a.m.
The storylines are getting more & more ludicrous. I was surprised to hear what Spider's job is!!!!!! He, who has been in the Amazon for the last 20 years with his Aunt Emily, words fail me. And where the heck is Aunt Emily???
Emily was only in Peru for two years and she came back to look after Freda in Edinburgh. Although Emily never returned to Coronation St she is mentioned often and Norris went to stay with them both for a while. Emily is still living in Edinburgh and has Chinese student lodgers.
Not too sure how eco-warrior Spider went from teaching children in Peru to being a DC but maybe Weatherfield Police had a recruitment drive targeting older people with alternative life experience. :D
No too suprising about Spider... after all he use to be on The Bill.
Its almost tho as if he's been blackmailed to be a cop/agent for teh police the way that officer speaks to him. He's in his 50s now but still acts like his 25
I never wonder where the Corrie babies and children are. I'd much prefer to assume they are with childminder/neighbour/school than the actors use dolls or shout upstairs to children who don't reply.
It can't be easy working with children who may be unable to attend filming for a whole host of reasons.
Good for you barry, but it has to be realistic. Glory is still only a baby and she could be in the odd scene or in a pram asleep which we could see somewhere in the room.
I'm surprised Spider is 53, he looks good on it ! I had him in his early to mid forties !
Having watched Corrie from the very start, I never thought I would stop watching it, but I did just that a couple of months ago as every time I watched it, I seemed to be complaining about one thing or another. Haven't missed it one bit.
