I had been wondering why it is Willoughby who is getting all the flak, with Schofield rather less of a target - I assumed it was just a nasty attack of misogyny until I saw this clip on twitter:

Schofield looks furious and pointedly stares straight ahead (rather than at the coffin) and seems very unhappy about the situation his bosses have put him in.
Willoughby can't resist having a good look (a different clip also shows her nodding her head slightly in respect, as per the actions of many in the queue) and is bright-eyed and almost perky about being there - and her eventual 'apology' is also a classic of the "Sorry, Not Sorry" genre.
