There is a film "Strijk!" - black and white, c 1912
whose high point ( pun intended) is that a cavalry man strike breaker coaxes his horse ( on camera ) up an external 'open' fire escape to the second floor

v diff then ( lots of horses etc) and imposs now

oh and then he chucks a striker-leddy in flowing white dress off the escape....
done lots of time since then

We've enjoyed the series, straightforward with a proper storyline, a beginning, middle and end.

Watched the first episode of Strike Troubled Blood last night. So glad to see the series back again, really enjoyed it.
