Any musical
The Casablanca backlash will be next :-)
Yeah Titanic is a load of tits
the French and Saunders parody is good tho'

I think NJ must be Fanny Burney ( Jane Austen - but nothing ever happens.) - but as NJ might say judiciously, it is all a load of Fanny
Lost in translation
Mulholland drive
i found these confusing and boring
Mama Mia
it was on last night
play eet sarm - play eet
no ,izzy Ah doan do that no more....
I tend to agree about Musicals Bazile with the exception of West Side Story and and The King and I.
omg - most overrated - is Titanic with that oul wrinkled face. looked at her face at once - then I switched it off
Unforgiven. Now I am a huge fan of Clint Eastwood normally but I just can't fathom why this film is considered a good film. Essentially the entire plot is based on a prostitute laughs at the dimensions of one of her punters equipment and the punters subsequent reaction, that's it.
Shrek
//Titanic ,,
I mean the bloody boat sinks !!!//

You might have broken that to me a bit more gently or put a "spoiler alert"! I won't bother to watch it now. :-)
king and I on this afternoon
anti the Eastern empires and yet imperialist itself - surprisingly so....

is Titanic with that ould wrinkled face. looked at her face at once

that may have been the spoof where she DID have a mask to frighten the horses
Could never understand all the hype about Brief Encounter. Having said that, it was made in 1945 when the world was very different.

Can't agree with you there.

That's the set-up, but the bigger picture (literally) is about redemption and justice in a hard and cruel world.

I loved it.

Exactly - it's because it was so 'out there' for the time in which it was made, that makes is to mesmerizing.

The notion of a woman on the verge of infidelity in those days would have been seriously shocking.

It hasn't dated tirribly tirribly well, but I still love it.
bobbie - // It’s a wonderful life. //

I entirely agree, I have never seen the appeal of this film.

Even allowing for its age, when film techniques were a lot different - the plot is so wet and warm you could bath a baby in it, the editing is clunky, the script is dreadful, the dialogue is all shouted, and the over-acting is endemic throughout.

I have only seen it once, and that was once too often.

It's possibly only beaten in my most contemptible pieces of celluloid by South Pacific - a plotless homo-erotic load of pap with forgettable songs and no story.
Dirty Dancing and that puke fest Pretty Woman
Passage to India was and is still an excellent fim. Titanic was something I felt I had to watch because of all the hype about it. Overrated in my opinion.
I tried watching Citizen Kane but couldn't make out what was going on.
Thin red line
