When one leaves 2/3rds of a Grey Goose vodka after only having one ? That’s not good, I’ve sat and shivered right next to a roaring log burner this afternoon and feeling queasy , first the laryngitis now a bug , C’mon, might as well take the lot :0(, *** off bugs :0(

Maybe it's just me but I enjoyed last night's episode. Yes it was abit silly but soaps have been like that for years...far more murders, body under patios, fires, gays outnumbering straights, jilted brides or grooms, etc thanin really life....but its a soap
Question Author
I don’t know of anyone having 3 Gay Dads BobbinW so it’s no longer a reflection of ourselves, is it?
I don't know any cobbled street where people spend so much time in a pub, restraint, bistro or where people can walk into a job without pay been discussed, where professional footballer
newsagent owners undertakers and teachers' drink in the same pub as factory workers and mechanics.. but its been like that for aslong as a can re'member
Question Author
You’re right, and when the pub was at the heart of the community , women rarely went in apart from the Snug and seeing people wander in and out the knicker factory who don’t work there, cracks me up :0))))
I have never seen women brawling in the street but it used to be a regular occurrence in Corrie.
Of course Summer hasn't got three gay dads, they have all chosen that relationship. I've known kids brought up in care have similar relationships with their, sometimes several, foster carers.
Something else often seen in Corrie that I have never experienced in real life. People having relationships with their exes best friends. I find that weird.
Question Author
I haven’t Barry but to be fair , she never calls them ‘ Dad’
I’ve not seen women brawling in the street either ,I’d be horrified but classic scenes between Elsie Tanner and Ena, are legendary
Ding Ding !
I loved the old episodes but was glad to see the back of some characters such as Reg and Fred Elliott
I'll be glad to see the back of Sean, too
Question Author
Ah I loved Fred, A say,I loved Fred :0)))
^ I agree, especially about Fred, never liked him.
Oops!
Question Author
He does camp it up a bit much but he’s in character, when he was in I’m a Celeb ,he was a right Biatchi
When I did Fifteen-to-One, I realised that the person in the studio who did the voice-over and said a few things about the the contestants who had made it to the last three was the actor Philip Lowrie, who played Elsie Tanner's son Dennis. As he was asking me about myself I thought I would make him feel good at being recognised and said 'didn't you used to be an actor?'

'I AM an actor' was the disgruntled reply :)
