The young kid in the simpsons who normaly works in a burger bar, he always sounds like he voice is about to break, does he have a name?

I don't think he has a name. Lisa refers to him as 'squeeky voiced teen' in one episode (season 10, episode 11 - Sunday, Cruddy, Sunday))
