I doubt it ... I followed her diet to the letter from her books for 2 weeks and put 3lb on first weeks put 9lb on in 2nd week!!!


(and I didnt even use crappy bathroom scales they were my local weight watchers scales)

Doubt it. She isn't a doctor for a start. She got her qualification off the internet, that huge darts player Andy Fordham did the same course for a laugh and was also granted the same qualification.

Only if you want dry hair and skin and what appears to be quite bad arthritis.


She looks awful for her age I think!


My tip, don't mix carbs and proteins in the same meal, works like a charm!!

Slimfast worked for me - lost three stone in three months.



Now I have it for breakfast and lunch, and the beauty of it is you get to eat six times a day, inlcuding chocolate snack bars.

I watched the TV program last night and came to the conclusion that even it if did work, it wasn't worth it 'cos of all the vile things I'd have to eat and drink (those vile green juiced veggie drinks...yuk!)


I do Slimming World diet which works and is pretty similar to what irisred says, you don't really mix protein and carbs - and you can eat loads!

I serieously doubt it and would advise no-one to go on the programme - not unless you want your poo shown to the nation. that woman is obsessed. with the diet doctors they talk about health and show things gone wrong but they don't go so far as to how people's poo - gross
If, As Gillian says "you are what you eat", she must be eating straw filled scarecrows.
