I was only half-watching this last night, what were two blokes crying about?

It's on;y week 2 and I thought Sir Alan was ultimately looking for coldly efficient, calculating rainmakers?

Not sure what the crying was about - stress or something, What on earth were those presentations about tho!!!!!!! I could have done a better job myself, they were awul!!

One was crying because everybody on his team seemingly didn't appreciate all his hard work. What a girl (sorry girls!). The other because the reality of team leadership was sinking in.
