Close its Pin Oak Court and is in Vermont South, a suburb of Melbourne. Its not signposted as anything to do with Neighbours but any local or hotelier will give you directions.

I visited a few years ago while out there on hols and its pretty cool to see it although on tv the street seems much longer (!), its just a pretty small cul de sac. The houses are all occupied but people there seem quite friendly and a few came out to speak to us when they saw us taking photos. Saying that though i dont advise knocking on the doors or anything like that, i bet it does happen and im sure they get p'd off.
