"Enter the Dragon" - by far the best.
Legend of Fung Si Yuk, or Prodigal Son. Or Jet Li's first ever film trilogy, Sholin Temple.

Enter the Dragon, most definitely.

Recent movie favourites would include Old Boy and Kung Fu Hustle.

Ong Bak is a quality recent film to 2 years to make no special effects
Enter The Dragon without a doubt!!
Did not think much of Enter the Dragon actually.

My favs i think are

No Retreat No Surrender (1st one not the sequels)

College Kickboxer

Cupple of Jet Lee ones aswell...Kiss of the Dragon being one of them

Sorry guy's and gal's but it has to be "House of flying daggers".. The best coreographed fight scene's ever.. Jackie Chan is allways good and I've got to admit to a soft spot for The Matrix.

kung fu hustle - it may not be the best, but it may well be the weirdest!!
Shaolin soccer so rubbish it's fantastic!
The Drunken Master

Classic.
Tough call this one but has to go to Enter the Dragon simply for an actor/ martial artist right at the top of his game. Stunning, realistic fight scenes. No movies have came close to it until Ong Bak recently which was also excellent. Another movie worth a mention is Shogun Assasin, a crazy samurai/ ninja movie which basically ***** on others in the genre. House of Flying Daggers/ Crouching Tiger? Circus performers.
