Like many I hardly missed an episode during the eighties. The clothes, the hairdos, the glam!

Why are there no big OTT soaps any more. Have they had their day?

Oh Carol Anne, I agree with you! I used to love Dallas,Dynasty,Knots Landing etc. Those shoulder pads..lol. What I never understood was when answering the phone,why did the women remove an earring beforehand ? I've seen it done many times since. I wear clip on's and screw in's but I dont remove an earring to use the phone?? .

Was only talking about Dynasty the other day on here, those were the days.

Anyhow, I always preferred Dynasty, far more glam in my humble opinion (initially I'd typed onion!)
