Could be she is trying to get back at Martin (through Gail), as it was his affair with Katy, which ultimately led to the death of her husband, her daughter, and her imprisonment.

She has been inside for a while, and all that could be taking it's toll on the poor mare!

I read it was Hillman's son as well. Could be that was an idea they floated but decided against for some reason.

Apparently she's the secret love child of Brian Tildsley and Sharon and is seeking revenge.

I reckon the culprit is Schmikel (sp).

Cetti I heard that it was Violet as well, for the reason you said, but also that she has a secret past, a relationship with an older man that went wrong (Hillman?) He did just turn up for a funeral and stay didn't he? Lesisblue I think yours is a good idea, hadn't thought of that.

its hillmans son, david gets taken away because phil tells the police they have to question david, so he is falsley arrested, the sun would be sued if they showed the outcome!!!
