Lost - I'm lost!

I missed some and now it doesn't make sense. The last time I saw it, Sawyer, Jinn and Michael had been imprisoned in a pit by this group of people. The next time I saw it they were out of the pit and walking through the jungle with their captors, all getting along nicely. What happened?

their captors were the people out of the back of the plane. They captured Sawyer Jin and Michael thinking that they were the 'others'. They sent in a woman to check them out to see if they really were the others, and let them out when they were convinced they weren't. Then they were on their way to the part of the island where the rest of them are (Jack, Locke, Kate etc.) when Michael runs off in search of Walt, and Jin and Mr. Eko (one of the ones from the back of the plane) go to look for him.

oh sorry, just realised i didn't really answer your question, did i? Basically, the captors sent in a woman posing as another prisoner to find out Jin's, Michael's and Saweyer's story and to find out if they really were the 'others'. When they were convinced they weren't they let them out to go in search of the ones from the front of the plane (Jack, kate etc.)
