Mine has to be the classic episode Toombs

Cannot tell you because:

Trust No One !!

Oh! All right then:

I Believe it to be:

When they investigated the death of someone (no surprise there then) at a freaky circus....As the two geeks were driving off, one of them burped and the other one said "It's something he ate".....[previous night another person went missing]........

OR:

The guy (sorry, is that Toombs - I cannot remember), who surfaced every 33 yrs and ate people's liver! He also was able to elongate himself to go through very narrow gaps i.e escalator - when it reaches floor level...

He's next due to surface in....................XXXX

fave ones were the ufo ones at its peak.had the same mystery as lost.

My 2 favourites are when Mulder goes into the Bermuda Triangle and travels back in time to the Second World War.

Secondly, when they get caught in a groundhog day after walking in on an armed bank robbery.

Oooh wracking my brain here... haven't seen any for ages but the one I really liked was when the guy who was born with some kind of a tail morphed himself into Mulder and then came on to Scully only to be thwarted by the real Mulder at the crucial moment! The look on Scully's face when she saw two Mulders was priceless! The circus freak ep was really good too. Too many others to even try to remember now.
Mine is the one with the freaky inbred family (I think they were called the Peacocks) who lived on a farm. The elder brother was also the father of the two younger brothers!!
Gedk, that one's named "Home," and I also found it supremely creepy. Hopeless romantic that I am, though, my favorite is "Kill Switch," the one cowritten by William Gibson. Among other high points, I lurved it when the Lone Gunmen swooned over the prospect of Esther Nairn typing with her tongue. :D
