well in one of the Christopher Eccleston episodes, he says he's 900 years old...but i'm sure there's a Doctor Who fan out there that will be able to be more exact!

As Cary Grant might say,

At the start of the McCoy era he was 'officially' 953, so by the last TV episode ('Survival') I reckon he'd be about 962 years old.
