Magdelene Laundries

I saw a TV Drama about 10 years ago about 3 girls at the Magdelen Laundries. One of them had become pregnent by her brother and another was a unmarried teacher. It is not the film 'The Magdelene Sisters'. Does anyone know what it is called?

Channel 4 made a documentary about it in 1998.

It was part of the 'Witness' series and was called Sex in a Cold Climate.

In the question, BagPussAA states 'not the film the Magdalene Sisters' so I doubt it's that one.

Co-incidently, just the other day, I was reminded of the TV production that I saw on the Magdalen laundries. I was reading a newspaper letter from a woman who was sounding off about people who say they care about the environment but use disposable nappies. In the programme that I saw, the girls made a point of mentioning that their duties included washing the nun`s sanitary towels and it occurred to me that there must be an environmental issue somewhere.
