what was the movie? (Recent indie film)

Could someone remind me of the name of the movie in which one of the strands involves a guy who comes home and sees two obviously under-age girls outside his house. He flirts a bit with them and starts leaving messages for them on his window. He says that he wants the taller, thinner one to perform a sexual act with him which offends the shorter one - she then decides to do this act with a boy in the neighbourhood to see if she's good at it.
Sounds pervy, bt from what I remember it was a good film, I just can't remember the title of it, or any other scenes...
