Oh I used to love it, Mrs Slocombes pussy jokes were a bit repetitive but you could always count on MR humphreys to be free lol Classic stuff.

And its not anything new. Everyone knows PC world are rubbish at customer service...Everyone knows the railways are terrible.
They get some "suit" in front of a camera, who rattles off a prepared "sorry speech" yet nothing changes.

And the customer service expert they have presenting is just too OTT
