Well, like Darth, I too have great difficulty picking out a favourite, there's just too many that mean different things to me, but as this thread seems to be going for humorous/bittersweet lyrics one of my faves is from Soft Cell's "Say hello, wave goodbye"... "What about me? Well I'll find someone, who's not going cheap in the sales..."
