need info on the show where a crock want to jail but got out by his brother a dr where in a remote place put some thing in his head and he become invisble and he wanted that thing out of his head he had a tattao it was green but if it want red something bad happen and his brother was killed by a riot of armed man

The programme wa pretty good, He worked foe a government agency against his will as they were the people with the antidote to the thing in his head, When he changed it was called quicksilver. The antidote was usually administered by apretty blonde scientist, but for the life of me I can't remember the name of the series, Was it the invisible man or is that too obvious, anyway it used to be repeated on the sci fi channel fairly often.
