Green Claws

Anyone remember a programme on in the late 80's early 90's called greenclaws about this green friendly giant that used to plant seeds and trees with another girlie and a very fake looking owl? And is it shown on TV anymore?

YES!!!! Forgot all about that. The owl was called Owlma, and the woman was Iris Cant hardly find anything about it on t'internet. All I can find is there were 2 series, both in 1989. Hold the phone, just found this: http://www.greenclaws.co.uk/ piccies and everything!

Yes my daughter who is now 21 absolutely loved this program, the girl with Green Claws was called Iris, and she used to cycle off singing a song in each episode! Do you also remember another childrens show called Bertha who was the factory machine that made anything?
