~ incidentally, it was based on true events in Australia, see if you get that impression when you watch it. I understand they were 'persuaded' to make it look like it happened somewhere else...
I didn't think it was rubbish, just didn't like the characters so ended up not caring about what may or may not happen to them.......

my friend is ozzie and he showed me something on internet to back up that it was based on true story and that it is believed the people faked their own deaths or something but obviously they wouldnt want people to think something awful like that could happen in oz or usa so they make out its some poor island somewhere
