Any one remember the kids programme from the 80's with Cosmo and Dibs? cant find any pics of them can anyone help?

Apparently they were used in a safety video.

different kids programme, do you remember 'look and read'? its still on now, but its rubbish, used to be really scary (when i was 7) they had a storyline about a boy from space, really freaked me out!
