Film about a white cat called Sheeba??

My cousin and I watched a film like this when we were younger. We can both remember watching it, but all we can remember is that it had a woman in it with a white fluffy evil cat that sat on a baby and killed it. Then she used to give it milk and treasure this precious cat. What on earth was it!? I've looked on IMDB.com but can't find it.
