What is the film called?

Its about a group of people on a bus and it crashes, just as a baby is born something happens to one of the men on the bus(the leading man)he gets a second chance at life if he can help all the other passengers sort their problems out that they had in their lives before they died, so that they can go to heaven happy. The song that runs through the film is called "Walk like a man" not sure a bout the actor, maybe Harry Connick junior?
