Hollyoaks - Max?

I only catch Hollyoaks occasionally, I thought I saw Max on deaths door a few weeks ago, with that nasty Claire slowly killing him (with the aid of some tablets). Now he seems to be back on his feet, where is she and what on earth happened? Any update really appreciated.
I am SO confused.

Claire was arrested for trying to kill him at christmas (when he nearly drowned). She was arrested and subsequently released from Police Custody but not sure where she has gone now.

She wasn't giving Max his proper medication so now that he is getting the correct dosage, he is making a recovery. He now knows all about her sleeping with Warren, trying to kill him etc and has accepted that she was only with him for his money.
