Help Needed TV & Film Quiz Part One

Would someone be kind enough to answer ALL the following questions, questions 1 � 10 are pictures which you'll find at

After answering all the questions, if could you submit the quiz USING MY NAME to the address shown on the entry form
I did start the quiz but found its much easier to get other people to do it for me and lets face it, Im not really interested the challenge, just want the money
Would someone also send an entry form in which includes all the sections, it would be a shame to miss out on the big prize!

Number 12 is wrong for a start. The correct quote is "Stand by for action...we are about to launch Stingray". There would then be about 20 seconds of title sequence and you would here over the tannoy " Marineville; I am calling battlestations", fast zoom to Cmdr Shore in the control room. Then he says "anything can happen in the next half hour!". I know I'm being pedantic, but "anything can happen in the next half hour" is always said to be the opening line. Rant over!
