Pride and Prejudice

Does anyone know anything about the new film/programme being made of it? I was told a new one was being made but I don't know anything else about it!!

Thats very odd SKA since the TV adaptation in the 90's and the film a few years ago were such a success. Why would they want to do it all over again?

Where did you hear this btw? If they are going to do it then I would like to see it as I love Pride & Prejudice.

they've just made a new tv adaptation of sense & sensibility - perhaps this is the one you heard about? If so then it is on BBC1 on Sundays at the moment, but the last episode is on 13 Jan.

I cant see them making another movie as it was only remade in 2005 with Keira Nightley playing the part of Elizabeth Bennett. Decent enough movie, but not a patch on the TV mini series in the 90's.

I was quite shocked too because it is quite soon but my sister told me dont know where she heard it from though. I just want to know who's playing Mr Darcy, coz I love anyone who plays him - lol
