Honda door

I have had 3 Honda Civics - brilliant cars, reliable,good on petrol and tyres etc. I crunched the nearside door rather badly in January,am going through my insurance but am being told by 2 crash repair garages that because Honda no longer make this model and there is no door available I must wait until June (at the earliest!!) when Honda will make one. The door and sill are now very rusty and look awful. I live in the town where the Honda factory is!!
I will never buy a Honda again - too much hassle. Good job I can still drive it and also use the passenger door.

Zacsmaster - did I say it was Honda's fault - I am sayng that the car is less than 5 years old, there are still thousands of this model on the road so how come there are no spare doors? I can't be the only one with a damaged door. It doesn't say much for their customer service!!

at least they are going to make one for you. Thats pretty good customer service if they dont make that model anymore.

Have you considered looking at a car parts place, buying one from a car thats been written off?
