What is the funniest film you ever seen? Mine is Planes, Trains and Automobiles starring John Candy and Steve Martin. I know it is sad but I want to find out about funny films.
If you're at all irritated by the modern art world, try Tony Hancock in The Rebel. This film has almost legendary status here in the UK and in other places such as Australia where Hancock was much beloved, but is next to unknown elsewhere. A fine film though, and one which looks better as the years go by.
