In Your Area?!

I'm not sure what thread is thr right place to put this in so bare with me....!

I am trying to find out the contact details/information of local community websites and community newsletters in towns across the UK.

This is a genuine request and i don't know where to start.

The sort of thing i am looking for is perhaps if your town village has a independently run website for residents...or if your town/village has a community newsletter or something similar that gets distributed door to door.

I am not looking for the local newspaper but something that is independent and run by local people for local people.

If you know of anything could you please post a link or any basic info you might have.
