I have just caught up with Tribal Wives of June 30th where a lady called Karen joined the Waorangi Tribe in the Amazon Jungle in Ecuador. She fitted in very well and they were really lovely people but I found it very cruel that she went through a marriage ceremony with one of the men who obviously fell in love with her and was so kind and attentive to her. Then the next day she leaves him.How sad. She conversed frequently with him through an interpreter and could have gently explained that she would be leaving and did not want to marry him. Now the poor man regards her as his wife and awaits her return.IN my opinion very cruel.Did anyone else feel like me?

Hi patsyann. I agree, I felt really sorry for the man she 'married'. He said he would wait for her to return and she obviously isn't going to. I felt uncomfortable about it.
