Did anyone watch this last night?
Is the woman mental?
I cannot see how any of those recipes saved time as she said they would; in the amount of time it took to make her fish pie I could make one from scratch, and cook it in the same amount of time too AND if I wanted to use pre-prepared food (pre steamed salmon, pre boiled eggs, ready made mash) then why wouldn't I just go and buy a ready made fish pie and save alot of money and time?
And when did frozen wedges and chopped boiled eggs become a substantial meal?

I had a bought ready made fish pie for tea last night. It was actually very nice - I put on some extra cheese and grilled it with some tomatoes on top and had some frozen peas as well. Unlike me to eat ready meals, but I was on my own and it was a treat not to cook.
How's little Elmo?
